Weren't the Trusts OPERATING BANKRUPTCY-REMOTE (technically NOT BK or else all assets would have been liquidated)? They were generating cash flow independent of the bankruptcy cases so therefore also capable of generating profit/loss (or dividends). imo

If I set up a trust for you, it is paid for! No one can touch the money/assets in my trust with you as the beneficiary!
