None that I know of . I’m not a expert here. I just got mine application in to do the filing . I think all this is , is to show ownership . We are not buying restricted shares or preferred. So I am sure you can sell them all today if you choose . But you still will have to file if you own more than 150,000 shares .
If I am wrong here someone please correct me .

no restrictions. It is just reporting.

However, you are required file SC 13G/A when your ownership position changes - meaning if you buy more or sell. Each time you have to file an SC 13G/A.
