So NDYN is being set-up to become the latest Joseph Wade Mezey scam?

It looks like Joseph Wade is bringing Nate Speck into NDYN to use that ticker for his next cannabis related penny stock scam

As you see on the OTC Markets page and Colorado SOS site, NDYN is yet another David J Cutler hijacked shell that looks like it ended up being sold from Cutler to Wade.

Go back through the other recent Colorado SOS amendments before that and you have more proof it passed through Jossph Wade on its way to Nate Speck. Joseph Wade's right hand guy Matt Billington is on the amendments and so is Joseph Wade's address - 312 S Beverly Drive 3401, Beverly Hills, CA

When I was researching SIGO I found that Joseph Wade Mezey originally acquired the SIGO shell from David J Cutler making it the 5th shell sold by Cutler to Wade or one of Wade's associates (NHMD, VTXB, SGBY, OPMZ are the others).

I also found a few of the other abandoned Colorado shells besides SIGO, NHMD, VTXB, SGBY, and OPMZ that were hijacked by David J Cutler. They were USNR, DCGD, CPMD, SWWE, and NDYN.

Looks like NDYN makes shell number 6 to go from Cutler to Joseph Wade Mezey (or a close Mezey associate) and NDYN is just following all the same path as all of the other Joseph Wade Mezey scams... even recycling some of the same players (Nate Speck) and same business operations (CBD Shots).
