IF WMI or through WMIIC held beneficial interests in the DB Trust then once DB has received it's full settlement payment, an appropriate fraction of that will be transferred to the LT.
If DB has already received their full settlement payment from the FDIC and have already made distributions to all beneficial holders of the Trust, then it seems that has nothing to do with us.
