John Rice mentioned this in the recent con call

So we are talking for example with one very large customer who was interested in what would happen if I had a lot of Sigma equipment and if we were buying a lot of new equipment, can we order it with your stuff in it. And if a company like that goes the full nine yards and places a large order for equipment with our stuff, particularly with folks with whom we are having OEMs discussions, that would be the kind of tipping point that's decisive there. What the OEM companies are not yet interested in doing is putting it in as an option without it having been requested.

Just need Ron Fisher to do his thing and get it done. The question is can he get it done by Feb 2018 for his bonus and for investor confidence.
