Tepper already dumped over 7 million shares at a much better price.

And yes, they lose sometimes also.. He just took a huge hit on his JCP turnaround play. This is only one example, but he has taken losses with plenty of plays. Given, he is a master, and wins on some huge plays..he still takes his losses.
