Nope, nada, as the market has already priced in the debt that will be paid off with those shares, and as the price goes up to well over a dime, only 5% of those shares will be needed to pay off the debt. Market knows all the facts, so the bottom is well in. Now as it wanders and drifts and gaps up higher the market will reprice MVTG at way over a dime which will cut the shares needed, or even currently priced into the stock down by a good 95%.
