Who might I ASKED is it that you are suggesting are TRUSTED POSTERS????????? tia
Plus you were warned at least 9 yrs ago ifin ya were here to, WATCH out for TRUSTED POSTERS/LONGS as many would at some point start YELLING THE SKY IS FALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO offense meant seriously but to trust, one has to KNOW another and with the possibilities of this type of money , I'd be hard pressed to find more than 2 hands full I would trust.........
and I aint even ready to trust them with my checkbook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All any has to do is to look up the NAZ requirements and see that no matter HOW MANY TIME YA RV you can't get there from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMHO
It is not just a $1 threshold, there as well are minimum ASSET value requirements IMHO OH and money at you avail don't mean it's yours does it????????????? Especially if it has yet to be BORROWED!!!!!!!!! And as far as I know the only way to complete that is to execute the deal for the "B" SHARES and issue em.....

This is why it has been said that, we need to see an 8K addressing the funding issue and real freaking quick

There is a second possible reason.
They are not penny stock flippers and they realize that a RS is a value neutral move.

Only skittish penny stock investors worry about the amount of shares they own and not the value they represent.
Those confused investors will run when their 100 shares turn to 10.

That just allows the calm investor the ability to lower their cost basis.

True that in pinky scams a RS is just a sign that dilution is coming.

But in any legit company a RS can actually be good for shareholders.

So the question is do we think the company is legit or a pinky scam?

Hedge funds dont invest in pinky scams.
So I would have to say that RS or not the hedge funds think this company is legit
