During that same time, all of the market indices (e.g. red line) have been hitting new all time historic highs.

NNVC is currently sitting just 8 pennies above its 13-year all-time LOW.

In what manner of speaking, or on which planet in the solar system, does this represent a "resilient" stock price for NNVC?

I have no idea why the stock is acting strong than I expected. Any or all of the bullish reasons you cite are possible.

Something or things are the sources of the buying pressure.
