I don't believe there is any planet in our solar system that meets your criterion of resiliency. I do believe there may be planets in other solar systems that do, however: those planets where the currently accepted laws of physics and logic do not apply.

In what manner of speaking, or on which planet in the solar system, does this represent a "resilient" stock price for NNVC?
