sometimes, this 8K does not discuss the funding that has to be addressed which expires 1/5/2018. This is very clear.

Falling below a dollar means nothing at this point in time and is a managed and purposeful distraction to bring about this 8K discussing the notice of trading under a dollar for 30 TRADING days.

Now why would an inept BOD need to do a R/S? So that is exactly what they allowed to happen here, the insider traders knew a Reverse Stock Split was heading your way and they adjusted it. Looks like a 3-1. $2.25 to .75 in the meantime the longs get screwed.

Now there are instances where R/S have been very benficial.
