I don’t know who all the consultants are but whatever work they did they did so because they believed in Seth. I doubt any consultant has sold one share because for the last 24 months no brokerage will take the shares even with a legal opinion.
Financiers do have relationships with brokerage firms and I would guess all the shares they converted have been sold
"to the extent the consultant introduces the Company to any sources of equity or debt arrangements, the Company agrees to pay 8% to 10% in cash and 8% to 10% in common stock of the Company of all cash amounts actually received by the Company and 2% for debt arrangements"
