You were the paid consultant for TAUG. If memory serves me correctly, you were not invited to the two mediations that led to the settlement with Cowan and the insurer. Mr. Berman played a roll in both. Same memory, wasn't TAUG's first attorney another reason TAUG didn't settle? And wasn't this attorney replaced?
