I believe this to be the case and it is my opinion from my conversation with Mark about a year ago now that he was not going to settle for less than the accumulated deficit and some damages because Comcast is responsible for that deficit and he mentioned that Comcast did not want to take this case to court because they would lose for over 100 million if they did so I think 100 mil is out of the question but I strongly believe wiping out all of our debt and deficit will position pntv to acquire conventional financing in the future and will also allow the company to pay their employees with cash from operations instead of using shares to do so. I am not familiar with how the tax carry over will work if we are granted enough money to clear all debts and would appreciate it if someone with this knowledge would educate me on how that would work
