I will acknowledge that an ASR program for BVTK has virtually no possibility. Why would ANY investment firm want to buy a bunch of stinky pinky stock? What would they get out of it? How would they expect BVTK to pay them back, considering they have to continue to borrow to keep the doors open? Most of all, how would such an investment company profit from such a deal? They don't do such things as a favor, they don't risk their money.
Companies that pull off an ASR are generally profitable companies, the exact opposite of BVTK.
