shotsky: Will you acknowledge an ASR Program does not rely on equity investors purchasing NEW stock but rather putting up monies for the borrowing of existing stock via a massive "big short" which an investment bank then covers for them, returning the covered stock to the company for them to retire or put in treasury, in exchange for giving the equity investors preferred shares for future, years down the road, redemption?
