I don't get what you are saying about voluntary signups. Since those will be paying an initiation fee (we were just told $20), they(NFUSZ) should know upon receiving that payment. Those payments were received already or are expected to be received from 15-20% of the total downline number. What uncertainty would exist that would prohibit announcing that number?
