You had the first lawsuit/countersuit finish and be "settled." You had the shareholders meeting, you had a post on a message board from Mark Cay CEO telling us some wishy washy news that added to the confusion.
We couldn't get a straight answer and still can't. I'm hoping this does get cleared up and /or it's part of some master plan but judging by history that chance is slim.
