We are proud to bring to your attention a public 8k that we filed Friday at 11.15 am PST disclosing that PNTV has prevailed in closing an out of court settlement with Comcast.

This is an amazing milestone for the company and will bring meaningful value to our shareholders. One of the settlement conditions is that the terms of the settlement are made confidential.

There will be a full press release to follow next week with more details.

In addition to this substantial news, if you are not yet aware that last Thursday we had our grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at Green Leaf Farms to commend the expansion of our 8,000 sq. ft phase two cultivation room.
