Actually, the settlement, regardless of the terms, is to the advantage of both companies.. ASD because CDEX ain't got any money, and CDEX because CDEX ain't got any money.

ASD would be foolish to spend big money going after non-existant CDEX funds..and CDEX does not have the money to defend the lawsuit in court.

As Cantor told Griffin in the preamble to his question on the CC... No small company can afford a big lawsuit. Especially CDEX..
