Seems to me asd might be a tad happier than cdex.

Sure wish moonie had stuck around to elucidate for us all. He might even have a projection or two to stimulate conversation!

So what actually happened? Did moonie get some sort of court-sealed document and posted it because he thought it proved his point (whatever it was)? Who would have sent it to him ... and presumably said "Go ahead, post it, it's okay"? Especially without appropriate selective advance editing! Who could have made such a misteak?
