Someone here said '30 days.' It doesn't say that in the company's October Update.

If it were me, and I had literally just told all my shareholders to expect the late 10-K to be filed within the 30 day grace period, and for whatever reason I couldn't meet that deadline, I'd explain why I wasn't able to keep my word to my concerned shareholders the day after I missed that deadline.
