So if the grace period is not 30 days then is it a 45 day grace period? 60? I was assuming it was 30 days since no one here corrected Jamis. I know you are typically more familiar with these types of regulations/requirements than most here. So any feedback would be welcomed.

Very valid point! There was no specific promise other than to file within the grace period, whatever that turns out to be. I think some, including myself, assumed it was a reference to the 30 day period allowed by the OTC, but if Squire's requested further extension and it was given by the OTC, then he is still with in the bounds of his statement in the 10K, therefore no lie to shareholders as some seem to be implying.

I'd like an update as well, but I see no lie from Squires on the 10K subject.
