Pot roast is cooking and I zapped out the potatoes in a NY minute.

Chopped up some onions to go in the gravy for the pot roast.

I think the 8 cup size is big enough for most people, unless they're making enormous quantities of food every day. I believe the biggest is an 11 cup. That's a lot of capacity, and it takes up more space on your counter.
