lesn: How could NeoMedia be a 'dba' when nobody is 'doing business as' NeoMedia?

NM is NM, LLC. You can see NM, LLC is referred to as NM in their filings on PACER.

The patents are assigned to NM, LLC at the USPTO.

With a little work, all your questions can be answered with public records.

In the troll suits, NM very clearly explains they received the patents from NeoMedia when NeoMedia defaulted and went out of business.

Lesn,

This is an excellent try on your part, and I will certainly be keeping an eye for your follow up post concerning this. However, I am already of the view they will not respond with the clarity we are seeking.

First, any response to questions pertaining to Neom shareholders must be addressed across ALL shareholders or it could be deemed insider information. For this single reason I anticipate a less than adequate response for our purposes.

Second, the question of "who" responds to your email may have considerable bearing on the type of response you receive, and whether it is a qualified response.

Third, Neom, YA, and NM, LLC have all been EXCEEDINGLY tight lipped all these years. I would find it shocking for you to receive the type of response we all hope you receive.

The above said, I hope the response proves me wrong, and I thank you for contacting them

Best,
