Your perspective on this is way off. JBZY didn't buy this shell for it's assets, they bought it for entry in the U.S. markets and for the stock structure.

It's called a "Reverse Merger" for a reason. That reason is to move their assets into the shell, which has been completed. I highly suggest you do your DD to learn how shells and how a RM works.

They bought it to uplist. It was bought for entry into the U.S. markets. It was bought for company visibility in the U.S.
