That is clearly incorrect in all points.

Neither DOLV nor JBZY "acquired a shell to enable entry to U.S. financial markets" because DOLV was already a publicly quoted entity before the acquisition. As such, a "stock share structure" was already in place and independent of the acquisition. The uplist to Nasdaq is also not contingent on making an acquisition, and (again) as the balance sheet shows, the acquired assets in no way enable an uplist without further cash/asset injections unrelated to the acquisition. As to "visibility to the world via press releases" do I really need to to comment on that?
