Way off base. The co. had potential at one time, but a bunch of greedy New Yorkers have sucked it clean. A fact for u. All shareholders prior to Nov 5, 2017, have been wiped out from 3 reverses the co. has done in the last 7 years. All new money from Nov 5, will also be wiped out.

My interpretation of 8K is any money raised will be likely less than $1.00 avg and not $1.50. The $1.50 was purely set up if I read correctly to start the bidding downward from there. Anything less than a set price means confusion and bloodletting together imo.

This complicated stuff I boil down to Hudson Bay is looking out only for themselves which sounds normal, but when the last go around multiplied outstanding shares by 300 fold in less than 12 months, normal could mean very bad.
