Making "white girl" chili. I wouldn't serve it to any self-respecting Mexican (it's a Betty Crocker-based concoction), but I like it. True confession time, I'm not big on super spicy. The burn blocks the flavors of the ingredients. JMO Good thing I only cook for myself. :-D
