OMG you will appreciate this one...just had an agent let me know she was without internet...Soooooo after walking ALL . the way to the other end of the office....I look at her desk...under her monitor I see the ethernet cable...unplugged and laying on her desk...
Ummm isn't that supposed to be plugged in???
