Umm, McCluckster is trying to dismiss a million dollar judgment against him for non payment of Service USA employees.

Even if Mr. Muscusker is still working in sales for MHHC, he probably has independent contractor status with MHHC.

Once again, as far as we know, Will McCusker still sits on the MHHC board of directors.

And once again, if he's "probably just an independent contractor", why the insistence on calling the company "McCusker Holdings Corp"?
