Yes, this personal bankruptcy filing of the ex-CEO's is pretty silly, as it has nothing to do with MHHC. So the guy screwed up his personal finances.... so what.
If someone owns a company, and if I worked with that company, if I have a personal bankruptcy and overspend my money, what I do with my money I earn and how I lose or overspend it has nothing to do with the company that gave it to me. Even if Mr. Muscusker is still working in sales for MHHC, he probably has independent contractor status with MHHC.
