I was under the impression that ASD does not even have any perfected equipment that will read liquids,according to their earlier statement that they were researching that phase

They have a product that reads tablets only .

I would assume that that patent infringement does not apply to ValiMed,(which reads liquids)but only to the solids.

I also assume that is why Cdex shelved the tablet phase of
the pill detection,along with the lack of funds.

I also assume that if Cdex wants to push the tablet phase they would have to pay a usage fee.

I also assume that is what Griffin was referring to when he said that after six months or so we will review the market and see how our technology will fit in before proceeding with the programs.

IMHO this has nothing to do with the present hospital technology.

Not sure, but doesn't a licensing agreement usually involve a royalty of some sort?
