Feb 27 - discussions to exclusively license and private label a breakfast product...generated $20 million in sales... sold in over 3,000 stores including CostCo, WalMart, and Target...expecting to complete the license agreement within the next two weeks

March 21 - completed a private label deal with its supplier that includes products such as CBD/Hemp Energy Shot and CBD/Hemp Pain Reliving Cream
