See the Q3 filing of GERS 2016. The latest we got:
"FCC has been the beneficial owner of 80% of Bitzio's equity, and Bitzio has been the beneficial owner of 80% of the Company's equity."
This means 80% of GERS is owned by BTZO, so the rest theoretically owns 20% of the settlement money, and 80% of BTZO is owned by FCC, so the rest theoretically owns 20% of 80% (=16%) of the settlement money. And now think about the available shares 7.72 Billion for BTZO, and 14 to 20 million for GERS .
So you get less, because FCC owns 80% of BTZO. I didn't make that up. It's in the filings. See my three posts from this morning on the BTZO board including links to the filing.
If I'm wrong, I would appreciate your calculations. But as far as I can read . GERS gets 20%, BTZO gets 16% and FCC Gets the rest.
Its like I get 100 bars of candy, but you own me for 80% so you get 80 Bars, however, someone else owns you for 80% so you have to give them 80% of what you did get. So that leaves you with 16 bars, and me with 20 bars.
Edit: Sorry didn't read your other posts yet ;-)
