The noise is about Vert / Oreva Capital, High Times Origo Merger and PixelMags. High Times needs Vertville to make the digital transformation. The only reason I think Vertville will handle the transformation is the fact that Adam has his name on all parties involved. What High Times needs to go digital and HITM is going digital in order to increase subscriber base on multiple digital platforms. Those are the services PKGM, MMEG and PixelMags / SPCL provides. They are also known as Vertville. Puzzle pieces are coming together nicely my friend.
SPCL Is merely a ticker with a late filing that was in play prior to the Pixel Merger and some dusty green battery IP. Neil tried to sell or lease the IP witch didn’t pan out. Worth a try I guess.
I think Vertville May become a reality here very soon. Obviously my opinion and not investment advice.
