We could see even better than $1.35 after the reverse.

The new buyout could be closing very soon, it could have even closed today.

After the buyout they may do a recalculation of CNCG's total assets and potential income.

Every penny ahead of the split is worth 30 cents after.

Last few years didn't see much if any year end tax selling.

If there were any significant number of investors that didn't like the proposed reverse they likely would have already sold out. I see little chance of any significant selling into the last 6 weeks or so remaining in this year.

As anyone here knows this does not trade like a standard stock, so there is no need to think it might change so suddenly, (unless something major happens). When the stock price does suddenly jump to over a dollar it may actually begin trading more like a standard stock.

Main reason for reduced earnings this last quarter was the lower income from USCF compared to prior quarters.

Presently USCF contributes more to the company income then all of the other subsidiaries. So obviously any changes up or down within USCF will affect the company more significantly.

For some long time shareholders the wait has been very long indeed. But over just the last two years there has been a whole lot of positive things happening.

Few penny stocks ever see real earnings, real profits, or even have one real product. We are about to add yet another subsidiary with real products, real earnings, and with its own experianced management in place.

If we had half as many followers as some junk penny stocks we'd likely be much higher in price by now.

Lastly, it is pathetic that some still feel they need to bad mouth a stock just to see if they can scare a few inexperianced investers into selling so they can buy up cheaper shares. Almost any small pond will have it share of pond scum floating on top, but that doesn't mean there will never be a prize bass lurking below just the surface.
