Last few years didn't see much if any year end tax selling.

If there were any significant number of investors that didn't like the proposed reverse they likely would have already sold out. I see little chance of any significant selling into the last 6 weeks or so remaining in this year.

As anyone here knows this does not trade like a standard stock, so there is no need to think it might change so suddenly, (unless something major happens). When the stock price does suddenly jump to over a dollar it may actually begin trading more like a standard stock.
