IDGC is always Intending Mode ! They are only Pretender ! After 5 years , i am sorry but i dont believe things gonna change. What we saw with the letter of official application for merger its only again an Intent , They are NOT approved yet ! Remember , its a $.0001 PPS still ! There is a reason for that. We all know why. Crappy stock.
