I think it is, but you look back at the ceo's comments on the split in 2014, he wants the smaller investors to have a chance he says. Look at the avg. volume between this and jd. I'm sure he'll put it on the major one day, then this thing will explode. I'm hoping for a split or two along the way. It wouldn't surprise me if this stock reached alibaba's price one day. The market cap's are the same, the stock is about 130 dollars different.
