Check out the stickies and ibox for all info on court proceedings . We should know more by November 30th which is the next court check in date.
Control “looks” to be with Bill Schaefer but there are criteria that need to be met before that happens including NV SOS update etc...

most likely it's bill for now taking control as long as he meets the criteria per court filing, need to reinstate it and update shareholders
