Do you have any idea about the litigation risks all schools take due to health risks? BOEs cream on implementation of Green technologies especially when they solve environmentally hazardous waste such as X ray light radiation while at the same time solving an additional problem of say another student murdered by say a Bully no less...when that could be avoided by X ray technology...but in DTII’s case none at all?$$$
