So the highlighted sentence IS TRUE, but only for the subs of the WMILT.

Well thanks for the lengthy reply. I thought this consolidation already occurred. All subs closed down except this wamu 1031 exchange. I'm not sure if the safe harbor assets qualify as part of the bankruptcy, that's an interesting point.
