Sorry , but it's a restructure under chp11. Not the same that kmart went through. This resembles what American airlines went through a few years back.

that is EXACTLY what happened to KMART-- DD and see what happened. The Co stayed afloat and ALL SHAREHOLDERS got NOTHING. BTW- Kmart is still in business- they were eventually bought out by SEARS a couple years later.
I will post this again- SHAREHOLDERS GOT NOTHING- their investment was wiped out!
If you believe that cannot happen here- you are mistaken.
Can you trade it and make $$$$ --SURE!
Just do not be holding when or if the CH 11 goes thru!

many companies have done this in the past, and have rewarded shareholders, more than the original investment.... this can go either way, but usually the better companies do not forget their existing shareholders, this could be the case here
