Do some research about sma's specifically structured settlement and lottery transfers and tell me this is a "better company", these companies make their money by taking a MASSIVE spread between the purchase rate to the annuitant / lottery winner and their securitization rates. If they treat the people they are purchasing from like this why in the world would someone trading the last of their shares be any different. This company is way worse than kmart, etc. LET'S BE CLEAR, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, THIS RESTRUCTURING JUST SCREWED THE DEBT HOLDERS HUGE, THE DEBT HOLDERS DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY HAVE STATED THEY WILL PAY NOTHING TO EQUITY HOLDERS AFTER RESTRUCTURING IS CONSUMMATED. good luck.
