I would treat BDCI/TGGI as an Arbitrage play...BDCI has a tradable float of 10.280 (as per the TA today) versus TGGI with over 6 billion.

Trade BDCI take profits buy TGGI win win for the shareholder and both Companies...JMHO!!!!
