No, its doesn't again the SS has stayed the same for almost 2 yrs (actually it has ropped by about 40 million) nothing new has been added to CEDECO, posts are out there to prove it.

Now if the Float went up or the amount in CEDECO jumped you might be right, but since neither has, I'm gonna call BS again...
