I don’t get this argument for holding to avoid short term capital gains... you realize in general the difference is 20%... that’s how much it went down yesterday. I sold in the morning and you held. What does that mean? If you sold today we would make the exact same amount after I pay short term capital gains and you didn’t. Assuming same amount of shares.
