BTK: On April 30, it would have been at least as rational to project May 15 as the effectiveness date as July 29. The contingency depended entirely on the tempo of the SEC-review.

So how would you have "disclosed" the timeline for mandatory conversion without risking a misstatement, on which people might rely to their detriment, especially given that you actually are talking about predicting, here, not disclosing?
