The board of directors has a member (Michael Renoff) who is currently associated with Scoggin.

Scoggin Management L P.... as of 09/30/2017 reported 5,729,015 shares; added 720,782 shares which is an increase of 14.39%.

IMO...it seems that if Scoggin is adding shares.....then you can draw your own conclusions!
